take a shower before bed and put a tower on the pillow then sleep and it will probably dry wavy. my hair is thin/medium nd only a bit wavy and if i do that my hair gets really wavy.
dry your hair with thee towel a little bit before s you dont get your pillows wet.
right after you get out of the shower don't brush it and scrunch it up with some gel or mousse.
