A friend of mine who does dog/cat grooming usually recommends using dishsoap for this type of problem. You will need to use a conditioner afterwords though to avoid drying out your kittie's coat and skin.
If you have tried it cut it out and failed it will have to grow out.


I sugest you do this. consult a vet by all means. but let it grow out.
