I am a teenage boy who needs short hair to go to sch, but wishes to have some cool hair.Is there layered hairstyle for short hair for boys?
Do a google image search you'll find loads of styles. As regards layers for a short hair cut, had you thought of an undercut where the top is left to cascade over shaved / clippered sides or a step. Good luck
