How can I wear my short hair up?

I have hair that is a about to the middle of my neck, and my bangs are probably to the tip of my nose. I am in the process of growing it out so there isnt much I can do. I usually just pull the front of it up, like ';the poof'; minus the poof. What other styles can I pull some of it up in. I have very thick, heavy hair.How can I wear my short hair up?
can pull up the sides, braid and pull up the sides,go with a french braid on both sides, twist sections up and use (it works) infant hair clips to secure it, do a pony flip with about 1/2 your hair (leave ponytail holder out from your scalp, split in the middle, pull bulk of ponytail through from top to bottom, pull hair out at the ends to tighten ponytail holder), can do more with it than you think, just take a little bit if time and get creative!How can I wear my short hair up?
you should make cute pigtails. it looks so good on ppl with short hair. and u can do a little ponytail. i see a lot of ppl do that too and it looks good. but if ur hair is really thick it mite not.
go to walgreens and aget a hair piece for 6.99 and color of your hair and go for it. until it grows out. that's what i've done. **** on people that think i/m fake, i've got to grow some hair.
if your not in a hurry, you can divide it all into pieces about 2Cm x 2Cm's, get each piece and twist until it coils up, then secure into place with bobby pins. you'll need heaps so get a whole packet of about 100 before you start. when your done get a pointed comb and pluck out a few strands here and there...
