I was looking at a Tan short hair one %26amp; she very small. She only 8 weeks old %26amp; look like she only weight at about 2 lbs. right now. She come from a very good family, but she is not register. What a reasonable price 4 her?About how much short a short hair chihuahua cost with no paper?
$50 or the cost of vetting to-date.

Be aware that if you're getting an unpapered dog, it's from a backyard breeder.

Here are some helpful links for identifying good versus bad breeders (a couple are papillon pages, but the information is pretty universal for all breeds).

I'd say $100 is reasonable. Considering this dog isn't registered, the parents aren't shown, they don't have any genetic tests completed, don't have titles, don't have excellent bloodlines, and the puppy doesn't come with a good guarantee, $100 is a good price.

However, this is assuming that the puppy comes with first shots and wormer.

Please be aware that Chihuahuas and young children don't do all that well together. They're fragile, can easily be trampled over, and can not rough house like a big dog can. Some responsible breeders even require they don't go to a home with children under a certain age due to their fragile nature.
I'm not sure about an unregistered dog. I got a toy chihuahua with papers and everything for $300. She was 10 weeks and about 1 1/2 lbs when I got her. She's been worth every penny too!
For an unregistered dog, I would not pay more than $100, and I would expect first shots, de-worming, etc.

You can get an unregistered Chi from a rescue or shelter for a simple adoption fee of $25.
