How can I keep my very short hair look like I just took out of the water?

I like the way my hair looks after I take it out of the water and it is easy to comb. But after 5 minutes my hair gets dried up and looks messy like if I did not even comb my short hair.





Any advice?How can I keep my very short hair look like I just took out of the water?
use ALOT of hair gel or some sort of leave in conditioner hair product.
