What do you think is the best short hair do and hair color for me?

I have not-so-medium but not-so-fair skin. I have an oval face. I have brown eyes.

As far as the hair color goes, due to your description I would go with gold tones. A Caramel Light Brown with some golden highlights I believe would look gorgeous with your skin tone.
