I'm dude with really short hair. How long will it take to grow shaggy, and how do I prepare for skater hair?

If you don't know what skater hair is, it's basically neck-down with fringe and side-swept hair. I wash my head with shampoo every day, and I don't want it to be curly because that looks too immature-ish.I'm dude with really short hair. dont wash it will shampoo every day take a breather and just do conditioner for a couple days or weeks what ever people say it does not make ur hair greasy %26amp; the way to prepare for skater hair is 2 just comb it dont brush it brushing your hair makes it poof and makes it loose pieces of your hair it pritty much shuts of the growing cell thats in ur hair %26amp; dont put any things in it after a shower with conditioner and combing just let it hang or stand on your head by its self just get in the shower %26amp; dont even touch your hair just let the water pound on your head for a couple seconds to make all the natural oils combined as 1 !!! hope it helps

You can't do anything to make your hair grow faster. It is what it is. You are going to have curlier hair when it is longer. Sorry, there is nothing you can do about that... except straighten it once it is outside. But you will always have curly roots.





Just wait. Hair is always growing. It will get long -- if you leave it alone.
It depends on how long it takes to grow. Like my boyfriend could have hair like that in a month starting from 1/4 inch.
get male straighters, for that perfected scruffy look hah :)
