well all you need to know is what color you want!
once you decide what color you can look up how to do the process,
if you want your hair blonde and you have dark hair, you have to use Bleach.
if you go to your local beauty supply store such as Sally's beauty supply, you can ask any of the employees what you need to do to achieve the color you want!
