What can i do to make it easier to straighten my short hair?

it takes me a long time to straighten my hair! i have thin hair but alot of it and its kinda wavy. and i already straighten it in layers so idk what to do. it looks just like this

blow dry it in sections, and then straighten what you have/want to. :]
