Nothing you do is going to make your hair grow faster. That's not me being mean, it's just the truth. Your hair has grown at the same rate it has since you were born and will continue to do so until you die. Pills/vitamins can strengthen the regrowth and make it healthier, thus giving it the appearance it's growing faster. Eating healthier makes your regrowth healthier, but that should be a given. No products, shampoos and conditioners, will make it grow. Not even Mane N Tail, it's just a shampoo and conditioner and it only treats the outside. Trims are a myth at making hair grow. Trims cut the ends and hair grows from the root, or from your head. Sure, trims make the hair look nicer by ridding the head of split ends but that's about all.

No shampoos will actually do it but if you start taking a calcium supplement regularly. Your hair may grow a bit faster from it and as a bonus you will notice your hair (and nails) getting healthier and stronger. Your hair will be more shiny and your nails will be stronger and in better shape.
