If you're okay with it, then wear girlier clothing and a little bit of makeup. Wear clothes that reveal your feminine shape. Walk and carry yourself in a girly manner. Other than that, there isn't much else you can do except for waiting for it to grow out or whatever. aww I understand my assistants pastor's daughter thinks she's ugly and looks like a boy and she has such a cute little figure and has God's light shining through her but um, Just tell her to be herself and don't put herself down so much. If she's in her teens or an adult try adding some makeup here and there and she will be fine=]
I cut my hair to my shoulder and wanted to shoot myself because I also looked like a boy! And an ugly one at that. What I did was I got 100% human hair extensions. At first I got clip ins but then I loved them so much that I went in and got them weaved in. If you use the hair at the salon, for me, it cost $425 but it can get as high as $1500 at some salons. Just make sure you get someone who has customers you can talk to and ask how they liked their extensions. Now I LOVE myhair!! I dont know what I ever did without extensions. Its so thick and long and no one can even tell!! They are definately a god send
3 words hats, hair bands, hair clips! hats are a great way to make a aperence more feminine. use pink ones with like glitter or blue, purple or even green. stay away from caps use cute kinds of hats like have you seen the one vannessa huddgens wheres in the sears comercal well ones like that. also cute headbands speak for them selves go to claires there selection is ah-mazing. oh and one day try like cliping it up in a hold bunch of hair clips but in a cute kinda way it totally works trust me!
Put some product in it, make yourself look sexy.

I used to have short hair and loved it. Dress up more. If you wear basketball shorts and tee shirts all the time and don't style your hair then you may look less feminine.
Well i have friends who have their hair cut short because that's just how they look best. Well Rhianna she has short hair, she doesn't put anything in it but you can ask your local hair stylist to give suggestions or look in magazines made for short hair.

ok... well... if u have really really short hair, like above ur ears then u have a problem... wear girly clothes and girly make up and ull look like a girl....

if u have short hair like ';up to ur chin'; hair, then u wont have a problem... wear a headband and ull look cute as ever %26lt;3
I used to have boy short hair in 2nd grade my mom made me cut it I was so mad, the girls pushed me and called me a boy when I went into the girls restroom. I guess wearing makeup could help.

or add like clips and pretty stuff and style it

If you don't have the confidence to pull off short hair you shouldn't get it cut that way in the first place.
style your hair in a girly way, wear feminine clothes(skirts,dresses) and mabey if your comfortable with it a little makeup.
there is many things u can do about short hair you can always dye it so it wont look like boys hair or put extensions on on if ur the person that would like to wait then wait
