or do i have to straighten it every morning? How do you straighten short hair?
If your hair is short (above your shoulders) use a mini-flat iron. Or when you are blow drying your hair, take a fine-bristled comb and blow dry it downwards, straight. Both of those should work. Btw mini-flat irons are just as good as reg. sized, they are made for short hair and traveling. Thats your best bet.How do you straighten short hair?
You only need to straighten your hair as much as it gets wet. I have African-American hair, so I straighten my whole head once or twice a week, and touch up my ends daily. I have a friend who is Caucasian, but her hair is really thick, and she washes her hair every other to every two days, and she does pretty much the same. After you wash it, your hair curls back so you need to straighten it again. Short hair should not take that long to do every morning though. I have a Sedu, and I have short/medium hair (To around my collarbone) and it takes me about 20 or 30 minutes to straighten my whole head. My ends sometimes curl, and all I need to do is take the iron, and run it straight through my hair once or twice without curving the iron. My hair just kind of falls straight after that. You can thin it out. I know a girl who got her hair cut into short choppy layers, and it is super cute. Go to a hair salon or wherever you get your hair cut, and ask a stylist about it. They'll give you the best advice on how to cut your hair.
