What do you think of girls with short hair?

I have very long hair but I know two girls who both have short hair, one looks kind of bad with it, it was better long, and the other girl can really pull it off!

So anyway what is your opinion of short-haired girls? Should i be daring and chop my hair off? What do you think of girls with short hair?
Each of my ex wives wore their hair differently. The second, wore hers very short, nape of the neck short. She was a 5'1'; woman, very petite and the style did look very nice on her.

The first ex wore her hair very long, she was about 5'7';. She normally wore it loose. Once in awhile she would pile it up on her head. I did not care for the look, it made her look taller and angular.

The third wears her hair at shoulder length. It is very thick, full, and naturally curly. When she lets it get long it is difficult to keep and for some reason makes her head look small. I think if she cut it any shorter it would look like some kind of blond, bad Afro.

I suspect what is going to look good on you will depend on your height, kind of hair (thick, curly, straight, or thin), and color.

I guess you are just going to have to experiment.

Have fun with it. . ., it does grow backWhat do you think of girls with short hair?
Hey, everyone's different but whether you can ';pull it of'; or not depends more on how you feel about yourself than what others think... If you feel confident and believe that you look good then that positive vibe comes through!

Something you can do: get a pic of yourself and photoshop it to see how you look. Or, make yourself an avatar on yahoo -- one that looks as close as possible to yourself -- and try different hair lengths and styles. See how you feel about it... That's the key, after all!
I really like it. I had long hair until the end of 5th grade, and since then I've been alternating between long and short.

I really like short hair though (by that I mean between chin and jawlength and shorter). I say do what you want to do. IMO short hair is much easier to take care of. You should try it and see if you want your hair like that, after all it grows back.

I don't know why some people avoid short hair like it's the plague. It's actually not that bad :) There are some really cute feminine short hairstyles out there :P
Sometimes, girls cut their because of hot summer. There are different styles of short hairs like rockin, girly like Rihanna's and many more. You can cut your, it is the best. Decide which style of short ones you like. You will not loose anything if you cut it down because it will grow again.
Personally I have shortish hair and I think it suits me heaps better.

You should look in a mirror and pull your hair up a bit so that you can see how it would look.

It also depends how short you are going! Don't go for the is that a guy or a chick look- sooo not good.

If you are thinking under shoulder length I think you'd be able to pull it off- i don't know you (obviously) but I do know that to go from long hair to dead short hair isn't good. Just below shoulder length should be fine!!!!

Hope it works out!
shorts better!!!!!!!!
Personally, I love Short hair. Its easy to take care of, and you dont have to mess around in the morning, and you can still curl it/whatever.

I used to have it long, but my friend was training to be a hairdresser, so i just let her do what she wanted. It turned out amazing, and has been short ever since.

What I would recommend you doing is if you want short hair, going to your hairdresser and asking them to take a bit off, and then just keep taking small amounts off until its the lenth you like it,

Although its your hair. I always have thought its more down to the face shape of the person depending on how they want their hair.

Good Luck, :D
I love it
Before you chop it off, try every wild up-do that there is.

That way, when you see someone else with it , you're not wishing you had tried it before you cut your hair.

But.... it does grow back.
