How do you cut short hair and make it still scene?

I need to know cuz i cant afford to get it done right now. I perfer Scene hair, something spikey or idk something scene but my hair is really short right now. About an inch below my ears so please help me out. A pic maybe???How do you cut short hair and make it still scene?

What you need:



Scissors. For cutting.

Razor. For thinning.

A Bin. For collecting your beautiful hair. :]

Bows and hairbands. To make your hair ahhmazing.



How to do it:



1. Go over the bottom section of your hair to thin it out, not the top. Do not over thin it.

2. Use la scissors and cut upwards. Make your hair really choppy. Kinda like....

Okay good luck and i really dont recommend you cut your hair yourself. But w.e. Agains, good luckk.

Get TONS of layers. Best if you dye some parts too. I think black short hair with some red looks pretty cool and scene-ish. Make sure it's always straight (invest in straightening balm, it really helps) and tease the top!
