How can i get short hair into a bun?

My hair is reaally layered and just above my shoulders with a side fringe.



I am a ballerina and have only cut my hair this short about 3 months ago. I have my ballet concert coming up and i really need to fit it into a bun!

Use a small hair net designed for ballerinas. I have layered hair as well and these hair nets are my lifesavers for ballet concerts!



Put your hair into a ponytail and spin the rest of your hair around it. Tie the hair in a bun and put the hair net around the hair. Then put heaps of bobby pins in the bun through the hair net and lastly, LOTS of hairspray!!

Oh and with your fringe just pin it back and use hair spray to keep it down.



These hair nets are great, you can get them at any dancing store such as Bloch or Salvios. They are available in any hair colour so they blend into your hair and you can't see them.

You get a hair piece formed into a bun and after clipping back your short hair but the piece in.



You can get them cheap from the dollar store ( for $1 ) to beauty supply shops.
i probably wont all fit into a bun, but you can use bobby pins to keep it more in place.
LOTS of gel, and hairspray, bobbypins, could you use fake hair?
lots of gel or hairspray its kind of hard
